In December 2025, 54° Steakhouse, part of Food Concepts Group, introduced prized Korean Hanwoo beef to its line-up of globally sourced steaks, giving diners in Singapore a rare chance to experience one of Korea’s most sought-after and tightly allocated beef varieties. Available in limited quantities as Striploin and Ribeye, the 1++ grade, BMS 9 Hanwoo is showcased in the restaurant’s signature open-fire style, highlighting its naturally clean, sweet flavour, luxurious marbling and slightly firmer texture that allows the rich jus and pure beef character to shine.

Priced from $178++ for 250g, these Hanwoo cuts are currently offered as intermittent specials, with the intention of introducing Hanwoo as a regular feature on the steak menu in the near future — a natural next step in 54° Steakhouse’s mission to pay tribute to great beef from around the world, interpreted in its own distinctive fashion.
