As the festive season draws near, AMI Patisserie celebrates with gourmet Christmas sweets and pastries, enriched with exquisite Japanese ingredients.
Chef Makoto Arami offers:
- Original Panettone ($72nett/600g)featuring dried raisins, orange, and lemon steeped in Grand Marnier and Cointreau
- Pistachio Panettone ($76nett/600g) made with Sicilian pistachio powder and paste, and finished with a pistachio ganache
- Tochiotome Strawberry Shortcake ($89nett/12cm, $138nett/15cm)using seasonal Tochiotome strawberries from Japan, paired with fluffy sponge cake and vanilla Chantilly
- Mousse au Chocolat Noisette et Orange ($82nett/12cm, $117nett/16cm)featuring Araguani 72% Valrhona dark chocolate, hazelnut praline, and French orange, finished with a chocolate glaze and edible gold flakes
Available for pre-orders from 20 November to 21 December 2024, with self-collection from 1 to 27 December 2024, these treats can be ordered at the Patisserie Café and the e-shop.
