From 2 September to 29 November 2026, ASIN presents White Harvest 白露 · 秋收, the second chapter of its seasonal tasting menus. Priced from $188++ per diner for an eight-course tasting menu with optional supplements, this new seasonal offering follows ASIN's debut Summer menu, continuing Singaporean Chef Ace Tan’s intentional study of Asia’s ingredients, culinary heritage, harmony and balance.

In this chapter, ingredients that are believed to have nourishing qualities to restore the body’s equilibrium during the transition into cooler months become the focus. Be it the nashi pear with its crisp sweetness, the mountain yam with its silken texture or the hairy crab with its mineral depth, the ingredients highlighted in this chapter are curated for their ability to moisten and soothe.
