Baker’s X newest resident is Cassia Canelés (@cassia.caneles), who will be operating out of Baker X from 11 December to 5 February 2024.

True to its name, Cassia Canelés specialises in canelés — French pastries known for their unique striated cylindrical shape, crunchy caramelised crust, and soft, custard-like interior. Look forward to an array of over 20 flavours, with selections rotating monthly, priced at $22 for a box of 4 Regular Canelés, $32.50 for a box of 6 Regular Canelés, and $20 for a box of 8 Petite Canelés.
