Bedrock Bar & Grill returns with the second edition of its 2025 World Meat Series, spotlighting Mayura Station’s legendary full-blood Wagyu beef – renowned for its 500-day chocolate-infused diet. From 21 May to 31 July 2025, indulge in a 5-Course Tasting Menu ($138++ per person) featuring Mayura’s Japan Black Hair Wagyu, where cattle are raised on a unique blend of chocolate feed, yielding an exquisite beef marbling. For the first time, Bedrock Bar & Grill has crafted an entire menu around the chuck eye roll – a showcase of how one cut of beef can be transformed across distinct dishes, each highlighting a different textural experience.
