From 14 January to 31 March 2026, Bedrock Bar & Grill commemorates the 10th anniversary of its celebrated World Meat Series with a menu featuring 10 different meats. The six-course menu ($158++ per person) sees cherished favourites from the past decade served alongside exclusive new offerings, including the highly coveted Hanwoo beef from Korea. Guests can add the curated wine pairing, for an additional $88++ per person.
Selected dishes from the tasting menu are available à la carte from 15 January to 31 March 2026.
