Bedrock Bar & Grill’s 2024 World Meat Series returns for its third and last edition of the year from 14 August to 31 October 2024. A signature showcase spotlighting premium and lesser-known meats from around the world, World Meat Series captivates meat aficionados to the award-winning steakhouse to appreciate the quality and versatility of beef at its finest. For this edition, the restaurant presents Sir Harry Wagyu by Elbow Valley Beef from the lands of Canning Downs South, Queensland, Australia. Celebrated for its exceptional marbling, melt-in-the-mouth texture, and uniquely subtle citrus notes attributed to its feed, the beef is prepared using primal cooking techniques to best enjoy its natural characteristics whilst staying true to Bedrock’s philosophy of keeping things classic.

On the launch night of 14 August 2024, guests can enjoy a welcome glass of Francis Ford Coppola, Director’s Cut, Chardonnay 2021 and a complimentary 4-Wine pairing served alongside the thoughtfully curated 5-Course Dinner Tasting Menu ($138++/pax). The wine pairing in this series highlights Francis Ford Coppola wines, named after renowned filmmaker. Located at the historic Château Souverain in Sonoma County, California, the 100% certified sustainable winery works with a network of over 150 grape growers across Sonoma County and California to produce wine that reflects a commitment to environmental responsibility and exceptional quality. For the remaining promotional period, diners can enhance their dining experience with the 4-wine pairing for an additional top up of $78++ per person.
