The experience features a meticulously crafted 5-Course Dinner Tasting Menu ($158++/pax) of premium meats and seafoods, celebrating the exceptional quality and diversity of Australia’s bountiful produce. From its pristine pastures and crystal-clear waters to its rich vineyards, Australia’s natural abundance – simply seasoned and expertly cooked to highlight their flavours – takes centre stage, showcasing the very best of its land and sea. A specially curated 5-wine pairing ($88++/pax) is also offered, featuring a series of wines from Leeuwin Estate.
