Inspired by its idyllic coastal setting, Bedrock Origin at Oasia Resort Sentosa presents its first edition of Great Beef & Reef 2026, available from 4 March to 31 May 2026. True to Bedrock’s philosophy of keeping things classic, the launch night features a 5-Course Dinner Tasting Menu ($138++ per person), a deliberate exploration of primal cooking techniques—including curing, brining, smoking, and dry-aging—each applied with precision to showcase the inherent quality of pristine ingredients from land and sea.

From 5 March to 31 May 2026, the experience will continue as a more concise 3-Course Wine Pairing Dinner ($98++ per person), with an optional 3-Glass Wine Pairing add-on ($38++ per person). Alternatively, all dishes from the menu will also be available as à la carte specials, offering a more flexible and personalised dining experience.
