The restaurant’s newest Chef's Table Autumn Menu ($288++ per person) — available from now through 30 November 2026 for both lunch and dinner — brings together exceptional Japanese ingredients of the season, refined Szechwan techniques and the culinary heritage of three generations of the Chen family.

The seven-course experience is served exclusively within the restaurant's intimate eight-seat Chef's Table room, offering guests a front-row seat to the culinary mastery of Executive Sous Chef Ling Hayashi, who leads most of the Chef’s Table experience this season.
