Japanese Wagyu specialist Fat Cow presents the Wagyu Sushi Omakase, a new weekday lunch experience available from Mondays to Thursdays. Led by Head Chef Shingo Iijima, whose expertise in washoku and kaiseki has shaped Fat Cow's distinctive approach to Japanese dining, the 8-course tasting menu ($148++ per person) explores Wagyu through sushi-forward expressions. The menu highlights prized ingredients such as Akune Gold A5 Wagyu from Kagoshima — a premium Japanese beef recognised for its exceptional marbling and heritage; and Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi rice, valued for its toothsome texture, natural sweetness, clean fragrance, and ability to maintain its character even when cooled.
