This autumn, Fat Cow unveils its Autumn Shiki Omakase, a seasonal menu available from 21 September to 20 December 2026. The omakase comes in three menu options — $88++, $98++ and $118++ per guest; with an option to add on a curated 3-glass whiskey pairing flight (from $48++ per flight). 

The omakase menus run for 10 to 11 courses, with highlights like Hirame, Kanpachi, Hotate, Akaebi and Saba Senmaizuke. This autumn, Fat Cow invites guests to a table where each course — and each pour — gets equal attention.
