Fat Cow has unveiled the next instalment of its signature Wagyu Omakase menu. Available now at the restaurant, the menu promises an exceptional dining experience, presenting Wagyu beef from different prefectures, in a culinary journey through Japan. Priced at $290++ per person, traverse from the North to the South of Japan with the Wagyu Omakase menu, beginning with delectable Wagyu from Hokkaido and culminating with an exquisite cut from Miyazaki. 

To supplement the dining experience, Fat Cow offers an add-on wine pairing for $118++ per person, featuring Laurent-Perrier and Grand Siècle Champagne to complement the rich umami flavours of the Wagyu Omakase menu. For those desiring a full Japanese experience, a sake pairing is available at $78++ per person, showcasing a curated selection of Japanese sakes handpicked by their in-house sommelier.
