Fireplace by Bedrock presents the Roasted Whole Lamb Shoulder ($168++/3kg) in celebration of Christmas. Served in a deep-dish platter, the lamb is presented with fragrant pilaf rice, roasted vegetables, and chimichurri sauce; and is good for 5 to 6 people. The dish is completed with a side of mint jelly, green chilli relish dip, and a refreshing tomato and onion salad. 

Available from 15 November 2024 to 5 January 2025 in limited portions daily, it is recommended that diners pre-order at least one day in advance for dine-in, and two days in advance for delivery and takeaway.
