On 14 February 2026, Chef Akane Eno partners Japanese calligraphy artist Showfu 祥風 of Nikon Inktion for an exclusive one-night-only collaboration, priced at $388++ per diner for 7-courses. Artists of their own field, Chef Eno and Showfu both have a profound appreciation for the transient beauty of each moment: the very essence of ​ichigo ichie, "one life, one moment". Building upon their successful Chinese New Year 2025 partnership, this Valentine's edition brings out their shared ethos over a beautifully choreographed dinner service.
