Following the success of their first collaboration in May, Kaarla Wood-Fire Grill & Bar and LeVeL33 Restaurant & Bar reunite for a second four-hands dinner on 30 July 2025. This one-night-only session, 5-Course Sustainability Dinner Menu ($158++ per person) is held at Kaarla, an Australian-Japanese wood-fire grill located within 1-Arden, perched on the 51st floor of CapitaSpring. A sustainability-driven dining experience that highlights both dining concepts’ commitment to eco-conscious gastronomy, the event is part of 1-Group’s 20th anniversary celebrations and marks LeVeL33’s 15th anniversary.
The menu unifies Kaarla’s Australian-Japanese farm-to-table ethos with LeVeL33’s ContemBrewery cuisine that incorporates spent grain and beer infusions. The dishes also showcase sustainably farmed, natural ingredients freshly harvested from 1-Arden’s 10,000-sq-ft Food Forest & Sky Garden – the world’s highest urban farm, in a holistic demonstration of a closed-loop culinary approach. To further elevate the experience, guests may opt for a Wine Pairing (additional $88++ per person), featuring a curated selection of organic and sustainable wines from Australia.
