A time for joyful reunions and a celebration of bonds, Lunar New Year is also a season for honouring traditions while looking ahead to the new. This spirit guides the 2026 Lunar New Year offerings of MICHELIN-starred Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro.

Celebrations span seven dine-in set menus ($168++ to $388++ per guest), available for lunch from 9 February to 3 March 2026 and for dinner from 2 February to 3 March 2026, alongside an expansive à la carte selection, dedicated vegetarian dishes, and festive takeaway goodies from 19 January to 3 March 2026. Highlights include the Shisen Hanten Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng (from $78++), now with the option to add Osetra caviar ($80++ per portion), plus premium variations such as the Prosperity Madai Yu Sheng and the Wealthy Lobster, Abalone, and Salmon Yu Sheng. The new Wok-fried Glutinous Rice with Foie Gras, Chinese Sausage & Black Truffle, available in select set menus and for takeaway ($75 nett), finished with shaved Yunnan black truffle.
