Michelin one-starred NAE:UM presents Episode 9: A Hanok Prelude as an invitation to step forward, beyond the past eight episodes, into a new horizon. Lifted by the lightness of boundless imagination, Chef Louis has crafted dishes inspired by his vision of a ‘hanok’ — a humble retreat where time slows, and meals heal and nourish. In this tranquil and minimalist setting surrounded by nature, guests experience the deep, comforting roots of ‘hansik’ or traditional Korean cuisine, savouring life’s best moments. From 1 April 2025 till the end of summer, Episode 9: Hanok Prelude can be experienced with the 6-course Classic ($228++) and 8-course Signature ($268++) tasting menus for dinner from Mondays to Saturdays, and lunch on Saturdays. A curated 5-course Episode: Recollection Weekday Lunch menu ($188++) is also available on Thursdays and Fridays with the option to enjoy NAE:UM’s signature ‘memilmyeon’ as a supplement at an add-on of $38++.
