This year marks the 10th anniversary of Singapore’s one-Michelin star Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro. The restaurant is celebrated as Singapore’s sole specialist in Chūka Szechwan Ryori, a distinctive style of Japanese-Szechwan cuisine. At the helm is Chef Chen Kentaro, the third-generation heir of Shisen Hanten. After an extensive 5-month renovation, Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro has re-launched, showcasing a new menu in a beautifully transformed space, bringing an enriched, refined and more elevated experience.
