On 19 July 2025, The Masses debuted Menu 19.0. Long celebrated for its harmonious interplay of French finesse and Asian soul, this refreshed offering marks a shift in Chef Dylan’s approach: where past menus dazzled with punchy flavours, this latest iteration leans into balanced sophistication.
Flavour remains paramount, but the new produce-led menu shines the spotlight on the natural flavour of each ingredient. The result is a thoughtfully curated menu where the likes of locally grown mushrooms and briny French Amélie oysters are given their solo moments.
Curated for individual enjoyment, communal sharing, or fuss-free indulgence, The Masses also offers three set menus, each featuring new and signature dishes. Guests can explore Menu 19.0 through four formats: à la carte, a 6-course Chef’s Menu, a 9-course Communal Menu perfect for sharing, or a 2-course Set Lunch available on weekdays.
