On 8 March itself, the Club present a special International Women’s Day Brunch highlighting award-winning Greek Chef Sofia Beleri of Fotia and 67 Pall Mall sommelier team. Chef Sofia’s championing of authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine have won Fotia the Gold Award 2024 for Authentic Greek Cuisine from the Greek Taste Beyond Borders organisation; her menu for 67 Pall Mall Singapore also spotlights the authentic classics such as Handmade Spanakopita or hand-rolled phyllo pastry stuffed with spinach, feta and spring herbs.

Chef Sofia Beleri of Fotia

Complementing Chef Sofia's menu is a selection of exceptional wines, available by the glass, that highlights the work of three pioneering female winemakers such as global pioneer of biodynamic viticulture, Vanya Cullen of Cullen wines in Margaret River, Australia.

Charity Auction
67 Pall Mall Singapore is also contributing an exclusive auction item to support the Singapore Council of Women's Organisations (SCWO) Gala & Singapore Women's Hall of Fame Induction, taking place on 27 March 2026. Gilmore & Damian D’Silva
If your heroine is of a certain age, she might especially enjoy a meal at Gilmore & Damian D’Silva. A premium casual restaurant by beloved F&B luminary, Chef Damian D’Silva, this is particularly special to Chef Damian as it is the first complete tribute to Gilmore D’Silva – his Grandad.

Here, Chef Damian presents the soulful heritage flavours he is renowned for, in a menu of predominantly heirloom Eurasian recipes -- some dating back more than 200 years, while the rest are Chinese dishes inspired by the home cooking of Gilmore, his Grandad.

Heritage Salsa by Gilmore & Damian D'Silva

n a celebratory hat-tip of International Women’s Day, every table of four or more ladies dining in the restaurant from 6 to 13 March will receive a complimentary bowl of Heritage Salsa. This is a refreshing mix of seasonal fruit such as green mango, pomelo, kedondong and rose apple that – like its kerabu inspiration – is tossed in a bright and zingy, tangy-sweet dressing of plum sauce, chillies and calamansi. Vegetarian-friendly, and rich in vitamins and minerals, it’s the perfect appetite-whetter!  

Il Giardino at The Garage
Bring your heroine some comforting downtime this International Women’s Day in il Giardino, a restaurant serving traditional Italian recipes in surroundings inspired by its location, the gorgeous Singapore Botanic Gardens – the only tropical garden honoured as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

On 7 and 8 March, the restaurant presents La Tavola di Nonna or The Grandmother’s Table, a communal brunch inspired by the grandmothers who shaped Italian kitchens and family traditions. Bringing together time-honoured recipes, shared platters and the simple joy of coming together, it honours the unpaid, unsung contributions of women over the ages.
