It’s no question that Singapore's F&B scene moves fast — fast enough that a concept can open to a queue down the block yet shut down and disappear within the year. It's a tubulent landscape where initial hype doesn't guarantee staying power, which is exactly why every anniversary here means a little more.
Reaching 1 year proves a concept can survive its own opening-night buzz. But reaching 5, 10 or 15 years and beyond proves something sturdier: that a restaurant has built real relationships with its guests, weathered rising rents and costs, adapted without losing its identity, and earned a lasting place as one of the icons in Singapore's dining scene.
This 2026, several restaurants across the city are marking exactly these kinds of milestones — from first birthdays to well-earned decades. Take a closer look below at who's celebrating, and how.

1. Fat Cow — 15 Years
15 years is definitely a rare feat in Singapore's F&B scene, as one of Singapore's go-to spots for premium Wagyu, the Japanese steakhouse is marking the occasion in style with a 15th Anniversary Sake Pairing Dinner ($238++ per person) on 15 October (7pm). The 6-course dinner features a curated sake pairing across five labels — Nihonmare Sour (FC Daiginjo), Mukuu Tenon Tenppei Kimoto Yamada Nishiki JDG, Ayakiku Oldemai Junmai Genshu, Kurumasaka Yamahai JDG, and Kimoto as a digestif.

Fat Cow: Kansai-Style Wagyu Ribeye Sukiyaki
Each sake (60ml pours) is matched to a specific course, including signature wagyu dishes such as the Hanging-Roasted Wagyu Rump, Carpaccio-Style Sous-Vide Flank, Straw-Seared Wagyu Inside Skirt, Kansai-Style Wagyu Ribeye Sukiyaki, and a Charcoal-Grilled Wagyu Flap Meat Claypot Rice, rounded off with House-made Warabimochi and Seasonal Fruits. 15 years on, Fat Cow remains a benchmark for what longevity looks like in Singapore's dining scene. Seats are limited to the first 40 guests, with bookings opening 15 September on a first-come-first-served basis.*
*No cut-off date, bookings available while stocks last.
2. Birds of a Feather — 10 Years
A decade is a genuine achievement in Singapore's F&B scene, and Birds of a Feather is marking its 10th anniversary not by resting on its laurels, but with a considered relaunch and sharper culinary direction. Since its opening in 2016, Birds of a Feather has always been a sanctuary along Amoy Street; and now, the restaurant is stepping into a new identity as "Progressive Cuisine with Chuan Influences" — a style that is progressive at its core, drawing inspiration from Sichuan and beyond, filtered through the chef's fine dining background and French culinary finesse to create a wholly original interpretation.

L-R: Abalone.Prawn.Clam; Birds of a Feather's Main Dining Room
The ongoing menu refresh includes new additions such as Abalone.Prawn.Clam ($24++), Crispy Frog Legs ($21++), Salsify & Chestnut ($25++), and an upgraded take on its cult-favourite Loup de Mer ($98++), alongside a tableside Red Date 'Clafoutis' ($28++). For libations, guests can sip on a new cocktail and non-alcoholic lineup drawing on botanical and tea culture influences — inspired by the Chengdu way of life — with a little something available for everyone to enjoy. 10 years on, the restaurant refuses to sit still, always finding new ways to reinvent itself.
3. Monti — 10 Years
Monti is celebrating 10 years with "MONTI Celebrates A Decade At The Water's Edge", an anniversary programme that runs the length of the calendar year. MONTI has built a name as one of Marina Bay's go-to spots for polished Italian dining — pairing authentic, chef-driven cuisine with unobstructed waterfront views.

L-R: Controfiletto di Wagyu A5 Kagoshima; Rosso Corsa Singapore Drinks
Key highlights from the campaign include:
- A new Weekday Colapranzo set lunch, featuring dishes like Tagliolini ai Ricci di Mare ($38++), Capesante di Hokkaido alla Griglia ($42++), and Controfiletto di Wagyu A5 Kagoshima ($75++).
- A 10th Anniversary Communal Menu ($138++ per person; minimum 2 guests), available for dinner from now till 31 December.
- A Decade of Amore set for two ($158++ per person); reservations required at least 3 days in advance.
- A refreshed à la carte menu, including Burratina Artigiana ($38++), Polpo al Josper ($48++) and Tagliata di Manzo ($85++).
- Sagra Di MONTI ($188++ per adult), a one-night 8-hands dinner on 25 September helmed by Carlo, Mario, Felix and Andrea; with a $38++ Prosecco add-on.
- The Red Lap: Rosso Corsa Singapore, running from 2 to 11 October.
- Cena di Natale ($168++ per person), a Christmas dinner held on 24 and 25 December.
- New Year's Eve at Monti on 31 December, with a 4-course menu at $178++ per person or a 5-course menu at $308++ per person.
It's a fitting way to mark a decade: with not just one celebration, but an entire year's worth of festivities.
4. Nae:um — 5 Years
Since chef Louis Han opened Nae:um in 2021, the modern Korean restaurant has held onto its Michelin star every year since 2022, all while keeping diners hooked on its ever-changing "episodic" menus tied to his personal memories of home. This year, Nae:um turns 5, marking the achievement with a commemorative "Five Years" menu, available for both lunch and dinner:
- Lunch
- 8-course Five Years Signature Menu ($288++ per person)
- 5-course Five Years Abbreviated Menu ($198++ per person)
- Alcohol pairings from $148++, non-alcoholic pairings from $88++
- Dinner
- 8-course Five Years Signature Menu ($288++ per person)
- Full or half alcohol pairings at $198++ and $118++ respectively, or a non-alcoholic pairing at $118++

Nae:um: Memilmyeon & Mandu
The menu itself reads like a love letter to the past 5 years, progressing through dishes that trace the restaurant's culinary journey — from the bright acidity of Cucumber Dongchimi to heartier courses like Jetbang-eo and Memilmyeon & Mandu. Jeonbok Jorim and Mechuri Hansang bring in richer, more layered flavours, while Melon and Daechu offer a lighter, fruit-forward turn before Dagwa & Kombucha closes the meal — a quiet nod to years of refinement and evolution.
There's a sensory keepsake too: for a limited time only, guests who order the "Five Years" menu will receive a commemorative candle named Dreamy Forest (몽환의숲)*, scented with notes of fig and a hint of cypress — a thoughtful way to bottle 5 years of memory-making.
*Limited to the first 500 guests, while stocks last.
5. Loca Niru — 1 Year
Arguably one of Singapore’s best breakout restaurants of 2026: the modern Japanese-French restaurant at the House of Tan Yeok Nee, has earned its first Michelin star in the 2026 Michelin Guide Singapore. Its Executive Chef, Shusuke Kubota, also won the Young Chef Award at the same ceremony — a rare double win. Loca Niru is marking its first anniversary with a string of celebrations that unfold across the final months of the year, rather than a single one-off event.

Loca Niru: Main Dining Room
Things kick off with a 4-hands collaboration dinner alongside restaurant Allen on 27 and 28 October, held for dinner service only. This is followed by a wine dinner in November; and from mid-November through to December, the celebrations continue with an exclusive wine pairing menu, closing out the year on a celebratory note.*
*More details on the wine dinner and wine pairing menu to come.
OTHER MILESTONES WORTH CELEBRATING
A few more restaurants on our little red dot are quietly notching milestone years of their own, and they deserve just as warm a mention:

L-R: Celebratory drinks; 54 Steakhouse's Private Dining Room
- 54° Steakhouse — marks its 1st year in Singapore's competitive steak scene, having quickly built a reputation among diners for its quality cuts and warm, approachable service. They’re known for their globally sourced beef programme spanning Sanchoku Wagyu and USDA Prime Angus — but the standout is their Black Market Angus by True North cuts of Porterhouse and T-bone, exclusive cuts available only at this restaurant.
- Gilmore & Damian D’Silva— Chef Damian D'Silva's ode to Singapore heritage cuisine at the National Gallery Singapore, celebrates its 1st year of shining a light on an often-overlooked chapter of Singapore's culinary heritage. Housed in the former Supreme Court wing and named for the chef's grandfather, the restaurant serves heirloom recipes, with some Eurasian recipes dating back over 200 years.

Rempapa by Damian D'Silva: Alfresco Dining Room
- Rempapa by Damian D’Silva — also by Chef Damian D'Silva and housed at the same National Gallery Singapore address, marks its 1st anniversary continuing the chef's mission of preserving and reintroducing heritage Singaporean flavours to a new generation of diners. The Michelin-selected restaurant is anchored by its Signature Nasi Lemak sets (from $9.90++), alongside other local favourites.
THE BOTTOM LINE
In a scene where a restaurant's shelf life can be measured in mere months rather than years, every one of these anniversaries stands as a veritable milestone in its own right. Whether it’s 1 year or 15, each milestone charts a different kind of success story — one that’s not about who opened the loudest, but who's still filling tables years on, having earned its reputation one plate, one regular and one service at a time. That's the real win in Singapore's F&B scene, and one worth raising a glass to.
