FOR THE FINE DINING DEVOTEES
When only the best will do (and the 'gram demands excellence)
Camille At 1-Flowerhill
Tucked within a century-old estate on Sentosa, Camille is where French romance meets Japanese refinement — think Claude Monet's muse reimagined as a restaurant. This Christmas, they're going all out with not one but THREE exclusive dinner experiences.
The 4-Course Festive Dinner ($98++ per person, minimum 2 pax) on 24 & 25 December features dreamy creations like Foie Gras Chawanmushi and Confit Duck a L'Orange, finishing with a Black and White Forest Log Cake that's almost too pretty to eat (almost).
But if you're really trying to impress, book either the Lookout 5-Course Dinner ($528++ for 2 pax) or the Pond of Treasures 5-Course Dinner ($428++ for 2 pax). Both come with complimentary champagne (Telmont and Moët & Chandon respectively), courses showcasing Bincho Grilled Silver Cod and Robbin Island Wagyu, AND a takeaway Mini Panettone. That's what we call a festive flex.

Fat Cow
Head Chef Shingo Iijima is pulling out all the stops with a Matsusaka Wagyu Christmas Dinner ($298++ per person, inclusive of sake pairing worth $138)on 24 & 25 December at 7pm. This isn't just any wagyu — it's Matsusaka beef from Mie Prefecture, sourced from 60-month-raised Tokusan female cattle. In other words: the pinnacle of Japanese bovine royalty.
The six-course omakase journey includes Matsusaka Beef Rump Tartare with house-made egg yolk powder, Kaiseki-Style Clear Soup simmered for six hours, and a show-stopping Ribeye Steak grilled over white binchotan, served simply with fresh wasabi and sudachi citrus. Because when the beef is this good, you don't need to dress it up.
The meal wraps with Japanese-Style Pudding crowned with Matsusaka beef tallow butterscotch sauce — yes, butterscotch made with wagyu fat instead of butter. We're not crying, you're crying.
